How much does a valuation cost?
Nothing. Our sales and lettings valuations are completely free and there's no obligation to instruct us.
How quickly can you market my property?
Usually within a few days of instruction — as soon as photography, floor plans and the required compliance checks are complete.
Do you charge tenants fees?
No. Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 we don't charge tenants admin or referencing fees. Only permitted payments, such as rent and a capped deposit, apply.
Is my tenant's deposit protected?
Yes. Every deposit is registered with a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme within 30 days.
Can you manage a property I already let myself?
Absolutely. We can take over management of an existing tenancy, including transferring the deposit and arranging any missing safety certificates.
Do you work with overseas landlords?
Yes. Our fully managed service is ideal for landlords living abroad, and we can advise on the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme.
